What data I process
Only what you send me yourself: your name, e-mail, phone number and the content of your message when you contact me or book a consultation. Nothing more. The purpose is to reply to you and arrange possible cooperation (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract).
How long I keep it
For the duration of our communication or cooperation, at most 2 years after the last message. Then I delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no tracking cookies, analytics or advertising scripts. It stores a single technical flag in your browser (localStorage): that you closed the cookie notice. That is not personal data.
Third parties
If you book a slot via Cal.com, your data is also processed by Cal.com under its own terms. The site is hosted with a web hosting provider that technically processes server access logs.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and objection. Just write to me. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
